INGREDIENTS
2 kilos of strawberries
2 kilos of granulated sugar (8 cups)
juice of half a lemon
DIRECTIONS
To make strawberry jam, clean the strawberries and wash them well.
Two kilos of sugar are poured over it and left overnight.
Remove the foam with a spoon and boil over medium heat.
It is boiled for about 45 minutes and lemon is poured into it before taking it off the stove.
The ready strawberry jam is poured into hot jars and sealed tightly.
You can enjoy strawberry jam after it has cooled.
