INGREDIENTS
1 kg blueberries
1.5 kg granulated sugar
juice of half a lemon
DIRECTIONS
Wash blueberries with cold water. The more you wash it, the more you will prevent it from falling apart. Place the washed blueberries in a pot, add granulated sugar and let them sit overnight. The next day, boil it for a while and add lemon juice. Pour the jam onto a tray. Cover it with a thin cheesecloth and keep it in a place exposed to sunlight. Stir occasionally so as not to disperse the blueberries. When the jam thickens, remove it from the sun, fill it in a jar and store it in a cool place.
