HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

Let’s pick the greens of our strawberries, wash them thoroughly, and put them whole into the bowl.
Let’s pour sugar on it, squeeze half a lemon and crush it thoroughly with a blender.
Add 2 tablespoons of yoghurt into the strawberry puree and mix well.
Now, let’s beat the raw cream with a mixer, first on low setting, then on high setting, until it solidifies.
After adding the cream, we do not beat it too much.
Let’s add the solidified cream into our puree and whisk.
That’s the whole process, now let’s put our ice cream in a bowl and put it in the freezer. Enjoy your meal!
Note: Let’s take out your ice cream, mix it 3-4 times at 1 hour intervals, and let it sit in the freezer again. Remember, this step is very important for the consistency of the ice cream.
