2 tea glasses of blueberries

DIRECTIONS

Take flour, sugar and baking powder in the kneading bowl and mix.
Add the oil in pieces, add the water and knead. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Grease your mold, tear off more than half of the dough and spread it into the mold.
Poke it all over with a toothpick, put it in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 8 minutes, and then take it out.
Add the blueberries on top and spread them all over.
Sprinkle sugar, grate the remaining dough on top and put it back in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream or vanilla cream.
