The selection and placement process aims to recruit the most suitable candidate for the position within the framework of the corporate culture and goals.
Applications are reviewed by the expert team and shared with the department manager. Suitable candidates are contacted by managers within the framework of the “Competency-Based Recruitment Process”. During the selection and placement process, the interview process is organized according to the qualifications of the open positions and “Assessment Center” studies are carried out according to the position needs.
Reference research is conducted for candidates who are found positive as a result of competency-based evaluations.
